Long Island Express Swimming is a member club of USA Swimming , training at the Hofstra University Swim Center. We have been in existence for over 28 years. We have added an additional site for our program at Jericho High School. Our program offers professional instruction for the novice student as well as the National caliber athlete.

Richard began coaching for Long Island Express in 2007. He currently assists the Jericho National group as well as the Gold and Silver groups. Richard also coaches both the Jericho boys and girls varsity swimming and diving. Richard swam competitively for Plainview JFK High School and Ithaca College.
