This is the first set designed entirely by the internal Keyforge team at Fantasy Flight. The decks are designed around a huge amount of variation according to Brad Andres of Fantasy Flight. Mass Mutation introduces the Enhance keyword. These represent a new, more granular approach to uniqueness in the decks, with enhanced attributes already being added to you deck when it was generated.
This increases by 1 for every house present in their deck (5-card hand with two houses, and 6-card hand with all three houses). The 1st key costs 6 aember to forge, the 2nd costs 8, and the 3rd costs 10. Once a player forges a key they will choose one of their remaining houses.

A player’s deck represents a team that is attempting to gain Æmber and forge keys. The first player to gather three keys is able to unlock a Vault and win the game.
1/30/2020 · Essentially, enhance simply adds bonus icons to cards in your deck. Up to this point, the only bonus icon has been Æmber, which lets you gain an æmber when a card with this bonus icon is played. Mass Mutation, however, introduces three additional bonus icons alongside the enhance keyword! The Capture bonus icon lets any friendly creature capture one æmber, the Damage bonus icon lets you.
5/22/2020 · For example, when a deck including Fission Bloom is first generated, the enhance keyword triggers, and a draw bonus icon is added to a random card within the deck! Ultimately, the enhance keyword brings an added layer of uniqueness to the decks in the Mass Mutation set. Every Archon deck was already unique and different from every other deck in existence.
2/2/2020 · Enhance. Briefly, Enhance means that one card existing in a deck will assign printed icons to other cards in the deck during deck generation. The Hystricog will assign 3 damage icons among other cards, those cards will deal 1 damage when played. This will allow the decks in Mass Mutation to have even more unique cards.
